ABS-01 is positioned for clearly defined engineering use cases with application-specific processing guidance. For this material, key selection criteria include toughness, dimensional consistency and useful surface finish.

Technical data & documentation

  • validated printer wavelength (for example 385/405 nm where applicable)
  • color / appearance
  • viscosity and test temperature
  • liquid density
  • tensile strength / modulus / elongation
  • flexural strength / modulus where relevant
  • impact/toughness metric where relevant
  • Shore hardness where relevant
  • heat-deflection or thermal data where relevant
  • dimensional accuracy/shrinkage test method
  • recommended layer height
  • validated exposure profile by printer
  • wash solvent/time
  • post-cure wavelength/time/temperature
  • storage temperature and shelf life
  • bottle sizes / SKU
  • TDS / SDS

Printing workflow

  1. Prepare the printer and resin according to the TDS.
  2. Use a validated profile for the exact printer.
  3. Orient/support the part for the application.
  4. Wash using the approved method.
  5. Post-cure using the validated time, temperature and wavelength.
  6. Inspect the part before functional use.
